DO NOT FORGET THAT |
Anonymous asked: HELLO.
Why HELLO! I am well, thanks for asking. Whats that you say? Why yes, I have been working out. Oh, you’re too kind, really, thank you.
Anonymous asked: Why haven't you updated this? Drill baby drill? No way, not on my teeth. I hate baby dentists.
(GASP) A QUESTIONER?!!?
I have not updated this because I suck at Tumblr…well thats not entirely true. You see…I too have had experience with baby dentists, but I lack your ability to say “No, baby. I refuse you allow you near my mouth with your surgial mask and sharp tools. You can barely see with that on over your face!”
Alas, I gave in. And was drilled. And poked. And prodded. And drilled again. I will give him this, baby dentist did do a fantastic job flossing my teeth.
And also, because without questions, I really lack any motivation to update this…lo siento senor o senorita.
Anonymous asked: Oh hey sexypants.
Hello there sir / madame. I hope all is well for you and for your attractive loins too.
Anonymous asked: Have you ever just sat there and yearned?
OMG … Vanilla Ice Cream with Heath…sweet jesus yes
Anonymous asked: Are Georgians nicer than Massachusettians? -Kristen
In my encounters with Georgians, I have found them to be more willing to hold a conversation and to give advice or information.
For example: I have met a dozen folks at the YMCA. I got one dude’s contact information without even asking for it. Others will respond with very thorough answers to questions you have, and generally are friendly. The are easy-ish to talk to and to be around.
That being said, it doesnt apply in all situations. I think Georgian drivers are dumb, bordering on rude. Georgians who are working jobs they dont care about or having a bad day are still crappy and awkward.
So far so good though, making infinity more friends than mortal enemies.
I am doing well, in case you are curious.
If you aren’t, thank you for looking at my tumblr with entirely impersonal motives. I salute your impartial-ness.
Blue Moon Pizza - I went out to Buckhead, Atlanta, GA on Saturday and enjoyed this beer (half Guinness + half Blue Moon) and one of the best pizzas of my life (in hindsight, maybe I should have captured a picture of the pizza…).
One half was the “Santa Fe”; a delicious blend of chicken, avocado, and jalapeno (why would anyone forgo the use of an Oxford Comma) on a delicately crafted pizza crust. The second half was BBQ Chicken, and what really made this half special was it’s cayenne carmalized bacon.
OMG
- Once the weather warms up, I will be spending an extensive amount of my time next to the hotel pool. A 35 second walk is all that stands between me and my first tan since summer 2007 (I partially kid you not).
- Going to the gym has been going well. The first two weeks have been used building a base for me to grow off of, and this week I began increasing my weights for the first time. My diet has been increasingly protein based, as I am looking to crack the 200 lb weight line for the first time in my life.
- Work is beginning to build. I have 1 major project to accompany 3 or 4 minor ones. Each will likely have their own spinoff projects and side assignments. It should get interesting.
- Georgia weather is remarkable, and once the tree’s bloom it should only get more beautiful down here.
- This weekend I saw The Artist and The Descendants. The Artist was fantastic, one of the best movies I have seen in a while. The Descendants was good, and had incredibly touching moments, but could not stand up to The Artist. I also saw like 5 ESPN 30 for 30 documentaries. The one I remember was on SMU football and the Pony Express. Slightly envious of the Dallas scene back in the 70’s, but it’s all good.
- Missing Boston, and missing most of you, but I’ll be back soon. This summer will be an adventure, please feel free to join me on it.
As I promised, here are pictures of my pad at the Staybridge Suites. This first one is the view of the living room once you walk in through the main door. In the back there is a pullout couch facing a tv set. I dont use that tv much because both of the clickers are busted. I should get them fixed…but…
Here is a view of the kitchen from the front door. There is a fridge, stove-top with 2 burners, microwave, toaster, sink, and cabinets. The burners are unbalanced, making any cooking ability that I pretend to have unevenly developed.
